Want to change plan, no option to do so

Just started new cycle (20 days left), I can't modify or change current phone plan because the "Change My Plan —>" option is not shown. Same happens on both web and mobile site.
Any suggestions?

I would like to let your know that your case has been already escalated to our technical department and once we will have a resolution regarding your plan change issue ,you will be updated via your email address.
Please note that you can track the status of your ticket directly from your Fizz account by going to My Settings>>My tickets.
