Sorry to hear about the issue!
I verified your account and it appears that you did not manage to purchase the travel add-on.
Also, I did a slight test checking if I would have the same error and it looks like I didn`t receive it.
in this case, I can only recommend to try the operation from another browser especially via Incognito mode, or possibly another device, but changing the browser should definitely solve the issue in this case, since cache and cookies can have a funny way of interfering with the website sometimes.
