Internet connection dropping with multiple devices
On my phone it works perfectly but all other phones have constant drop of service. When I shut down my wifi connection on my phone then, the other ( at least one) start to work fine.
I restarted the router without success
I separated the 2.4 and 5 Ghz network with the similar result.
Are all the devices supposed to be on the same channel?
Thanks for your help

Hello Fc183
Thank you for the details provided.
Could you please try to do a factory reset? This can be done by locating the reset button, which is situated on the back side of the modem just above the Ethernet ports. Using a small, sharp object, such as a pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, until all of the LEDs on the modem turn off.
It's important to keep in mind that resetting the modem to its factory settings will erase any modifications that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings thus far. As a result, you may need to reconfigure your devices' Wi-Fi settings, including the network name and password.
Also, please make sure that your modem is placed at least 1m from the ground, not on the floor.
