What kind of payment? Like paying for your plan? As far as I know you can only do it by adding an accepted card on your profile. If you are talking about buying a phone, we can try from another browser or device. If it still doesn't work, try contacting customer support

Maybe put your browser into Incognito/Private-browsing mode and try again. That usually works for me when I can't get to the next page

Add your credit card on your account and will take it automatically.
