I'm entirely new to Fizz's service and I tried to bought a sim card with my vanilla prepaid card but it doesn't work even thought the guideline clearly say you can use vanilla prepaid card if it's not for a recurrent transition. Is there a way to make it work with my card, or do I need to buy another kind of prepaid (If so, wich ?). Thank you !

Not sure where are you coming from. In Montreal you can physically buy a SIM card at either Jean Coutu or Couche Tard stores or at some Metro stations.

Do you have to necessarily buy the sim card online? If that's the case, instead of buying a new prepaid card, I would contact customer support to be sure which card can be used and why yours is not working. If you are in Montreal, you can find a vending machine or a couche tard and pay as you prefer

    Hello @0mgewo

After adding the Vanilla Card to your account (My settings → Payment methods → Add a payment method) try to buy the Sim card from an incognito window or another browser. It should work indeed since it is an one-off payment.

If the issue persists, please contact us directly by following this link https://fizz.ca/en/support

More details regarding which payment methods you can use are found here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

    Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    Have a great day ahead!
