Can’t access voicemail via phone app

hi! I’m having trouble with my voicemail on my iPhone phone app. I can’t access it via the phone app. The app has four different tabs, one of them is voicemail, but there’s nothing in it even if I have voicemails. When I click on the “greeting” button, there’s an alert “unexpected error”. If I try to change my voicemail pin via my phone settings, the same error appears. All voicemail settings are on (live voicemail also).

What is weird also is that I have no problems accessing the voicemail when I press “1” for a short time, and I can change my pin via fizz website.
Does anyone else have this issue? Anyone knows what to do to make the phone app work with my voicemail?

Could you please try to restart your phone and then send a text of "STATE" to 44744. This will reactivate your service and it should fix the issue encountered.
