You can try restarting your modem and see if that solve the issues… otherwise you are better off contacting the customer support and have them check your connection to be sure that nothing is off on their side

Following my verification, your modem appears offline. Could you please verify if the cables show any sign of damage? Also, an appointment with the technician was booked for you in order to investigate this issue further on the 10th of April; you should be able to see more details on the e-mail that you have received.
