Network connection keeps going down. No major outage reported. Verdun (H4G)

Since yesterday, I've either had no Internet connection or intermittent connection.

I've checked the status on Fizz and videotron and no major outages reported.

    You can try restarting your modem and see if that solve the issues… otherwise you are better off contacting the customer support and have them check your connection to be sure that nothing is off on their side
