The blue light on my modem doesn’t come on

Hello I'm having an issue with mi home internet, the modem doesn't have blue lights, I did a energy reset in the modem two times, still the same problem...

    I have verified your connection and I was able to see that the modem is online, signals are in optimal parameters, and also there are no maintenance works being carried out in your area.
    Please make sure that the outlet and the coaxial cable are not damaged in any way, also please try to factory reset the modem.

    This can be done by locating the reset button, which is situated on the back side of the modem just above the Ethernet ports. Using a small, sharp object, such as a pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, until all of the LEDs on the modem turn off.

    It appears that Whizz checked and everything works fine on their side.. Did you do the checks they suggested?
