    Following my verification, your modem is offline on our end, please verify that your cables don't show any sign of damage and also try to plug it in another electrical outlet. Make sure you are not using an electrical bar/extender.     Thank you for the answer, usually at 5:04 AM I am asleep and my modem is off.
    I spent four days arguing with Fizz agents with varying degrees of understanding of the situation. I see that people from the Forum in my area also report no connection, but no one notices it. I have a Videotron cable and to suggest that twisted electrical cables can interfere with signal transmission is an insult to human intelligence.
