My upload light won't turn on but I still have internet?

Title says it all. The upload light won't turn on, on our new service/modem with fizz, but the internet still works fine. Could it be a default with the modem or it does not matter?

    Thank you for the details provided. 

    I had a look on your account and the signals of your modem are in optimal parameters. :) There doesn't seem to be any issue with the modem.

    You could try to verify your cables and make sure they don't present any sign of damage and possibly restart the modem (unplug the power cable, leave it for 10 seconds then plug it back) and see if the light issue persists.
