Withdrawal of wallet

I heard that the "wallet" feature was removed everywhere except Quebec. I'm in Ottawa and never received communication about this. In fact, I had some money in the wallet. Is the feature coming back or maybe it's best to ask for a refund of the money?

    If you still use it then just keep it until Fizz tell you otherwise.

    Don't take any action unless you want to or have to.

    You should take into account that the daltonis people can not distinguish yellow. 😊 😊 😊

    If you still have money in your wallet I would just keep it there and use it if needed. If Fizz removes the feature for you they are gonna refund the money automatically

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

    For the moment, we don`t have exact updates for when the wallet feature will be available for everyone else since it was withdrawn ( it was more of a upper management decision at this point ).

    We understand it might be a bit frustrating, however your understanding is highly appreciated on this matter.

    If you wish, you can request a refund for your wallet funds, just be sure that you reach our customer service to do so : https://fizz.ca/en/support
