Cannot activate SIM card
I got a new SIM card for voLTE and when I entered the activation code to activate it I accidentally refreshed the page and it didn’t save on my account, but now, when I try to re-enter the code it says “the code you entered has already been assigned to a member” and I can’t activate the SIM card anymore.
Is there anything that can be done?
It’s frustrating considering the SIM card was free and now I would have to pay for a new one.

It works now. I activated it on my computer instead of on my cell phone. Sorry for the trouble.

I'm glad that you have managed to activate your Sim card.
In case you have this issue again, please allow it 30 minutes, then try to activate the Sim card and the code will be reassigned to you.
