Internet came back yesterday around 11:00am until 5pm and then went out and hasn't come back since

The second light is flashing. I disconnected from electricity and reset too and nothing.

I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your internet services.
From what I can see in my tools, you are still impacted by the maintenances works done by the technicians due to the recent weather conditions.
They are currently on the field doing the necessary to resolve this as soon as possible therefore it is possible that, even if your connection is restored for a period, to still encounter issues until their work will be done.
I kindly recommend you to restart the modem from time to time to test if the services will be back.

To restart the modem, you can unplug the power cable for minimum 30 seconds.
After that, please plug the modem back on into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the device to fully reconnect to the network.
