Hello Zafar7777,
I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your internet services.
After making the necessary verifications into my tools I was able to see that, your modem is online now and signals are optimal.
Due to the recent weather, it was a period when it was offline however now everything seems to be in order.
In case you are still encountering issues, I kindly suggest you to verify the coaxial cable, to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, you can restart the modem.
To restart modem, please unplug it for at least 30 seconds.
After that, plug the modem back into the electrical socket and expect about 3 minutes for the lights to be back online and for the device to fully reconnect to network.
