Fastest way to reach support
A tree branch fell on my internet cable and ripped it from my house.
I tried messenger to reach fizz, and I was told by the bot that a customer service rep would contact me, that the messenger service isint live, etc. I got no answer from a human for the past 2 hrs. Obviously I will need a technician visit to fix the issue and my internet.
What is the fastest way to reach a fizz representative to schedule a technician visit?
