Fizz doesn't ship me a sim card. What should I do?

I live in Toronto. This is the third sim card I ordered. Fizz doesn't ship me a sim card. There isn't any stores in Toronto that I can go and buy a sim card.

What should I do?

    Hi @KUYLU

    The most reassuring thing is that as long as you have not activated the SIM card, you do not pay! I know I shouldn't tell you that but after 3 times, I think I'll go elsewhere!

    You could contact customer support to get some help checking why they are not shipping to you

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I observed that you discussed the case already with quite a few agents for which we apologize.

    As I saw, your 3rd order is on it`s way so I kindly invite you to wait for it.

    We understand that it`s not a pleasant situation, however we don`t have direct control over the delivery company once the Sim card leaves the warehouse, since it`s up to them to ship it.
