I can't get my new number with fizz to work on my WhatsApp account

    What kind of error do you have? Did you try to contact the whatsapp support?

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    You don't need to do anything special... Only thing is, if you changed your phone number you have to update on your WhatsApp profile
