How often is done the update of the status with Fizz? I won some badges but my status isn't updating.

    Sometimes is very long to be updating but if you want, you can contact customer service to https://fizz.ca/en/support

    As far as I remember, I used to got them the day after most of the time

    In theory the badges are unlocked in the same day in which you win them.

    If you don`t see any badges that you won recently, I advise you to reach us in private so we can discuss the situation further as we apologize for the inconvenience.
