Can rollover data from non-CAN/US plan be later used on a plan changed to CAN/US?
So month 1 on Ontario regional plan that has 2GB data remaining that will rollover
Month 2 I change to CAN/US plan with 4GB.
Do I get to use 6GB in US month 2?

Or is data managed separately between CAN/US and Canada or Province?

    Hi @Sfizz

In your next paiement, your data’s rollover will add automatically to your new plan. The answer is Yes!

If you change the coverage of your plan I think it should work but I'm not sure

    Hello @Sfizz ,
    Thank you for reaching out.

The response is that in fact, the rolled-over data from a smaller coverage zone will not work in the bigger coverage zone.

For example, if you have Ontario coverage now, with 2GB that will roll over to the next payment cycle, with an effective plan change to Canada + USA with 4GB of data, you will have 6GB total, however, only the 4GB from the base plan will work outside the Ontario coverage, while all the data will work inside the Ontario coverage, since it is too within the Canada + USA coverage.

Feel free to contact our customer service representatives if you need more information.
    Have a good one!
