Can I switch from Beta?

I joined switch in their beta version, at first I thought the service was not to bad but this last week people can barely hear me on the phone or it just disconnects.


On the last Fizz questionnaire it said...did you know you can switch from beta?


Ok so how do I do this because I am having a nightmare with people not hearing me on a call.

    If you are already a customer with Fizz, go to your account / Plan and just modify your plan

    I only get a choice of these and I want these to stay the same.

    You can always remove one(voicemail )or add one (Internet data) for one month.

    Sorry to hear about the issue!


    You can`t really switch from a Beta period as the period in question will just end after the testing time is over.


    If you still have issues with the calls service, please first try to reset your phone`s network settings , be sure that you have the roaming enabled and you also test the Sim card in another phone.
