Bait text message on new phone number ?

I just switched to Fizz yesterday and activated a plan with no text message. Today I'm getting a text message that clearly wants me to respond "Uhm you got the wrong number", and since I don't have unlimited text message I'll probably pay if I send one.
I'm wondering if any of you had the same issue, and if I can expect to receive a lot more bait text messages to try to get me to respond ?
Also how can my new phone number be in spam lists already ??

I really think this is just a coincidence. I have limited texts and rarely receive such messages.

    Hi @Dibaril

You can go there to enter your phone to the federal list against marketing calls

And yes, if you respond to sms, you will be charge

    Hello @Dibaril ,

It`s a possible mistake as some user might have tried to reply to someone but instead pressed a wrong number thus altering the final receiver.

You can just ignore the message and that`s it.
