my card wasn't received, how can i contact offical fizz support?

I order the sim card on 17th Mar. , the system said it was delivered on 18th Mar, but I didn't receive it until now.

    You should contact the support,, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    It could be misdelivered or probably a mistake with the tracking... you are better off contacting customer support!

    I just verified your file and noticed that you already contacted our customer service representatives, after that interaction, a refund was issued for the value of the SIM you ordered and you can now freely order a new one.
