I am trying to activate the Sim card my mom bought me and its says that the code is already assigned

    If you tried to activate once and for some reason you didn't complete the code will be locked, try after 2 hours

    If you need a referral code you can pick mine, is on my name after code or pick one from here https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here to get 25$ credit at your 2second payement

    If it was the first time that sim card was activated I would definitely contact customer support... If you did already an attempt, maybe try to wait a few hours before trying again

    I would suggest trying once again, this time while using incognito mode on your browser, and if the issue persists, I would suggest contacting the customer service representatives, with screenshots of the error messages you receive as it will help us pinpoint the issue faster.
