I entered the wrong phone number on activation, how can i start over. thx

    New account with a new email address. Order a new SIM.

    For that issue, you have no choice to contact customer service

    Go to that link to speak with Fizz agent

    Contact customer service... No need to buy a new SIM card since, once the service is cancelled, you can reuse it
