How do I redo the activation process of a SIM number transfer? Was asked to do a 2nd time
I'm having activation issues with one of my SIM cards. I did the transfer process three times fort three of my SIM cards, 2/3 worked.
However for my last one, my current provider sent a message saying they're waiting for a confirmation from the main user (didn't make much sense but hey it was automated).They got their confirmation then told me to request another number transfer which I can't really do because I need to go through the process of activating my SIM card but I cant because it's already assigned to my number.
I'm stuck and I desperately need help because I'm trying to cancel a contract where the trial is about to end soon
How do I fix this situation?

You can try to talk with your actual provider to check if something blocks with them! If everything is all right, contact Fizz customer service https://fizz.ca/en/support
They will open a ticket
