not receiving texts

Anyone else having a problem with rec. texts?
Once I restart my phone i then receive all my back texts..checked my app settings etc eveything is ok?

    What phone are you using?

    Did you try to put the SIM in a different phone?

    Do you have a good reception when this happen?

    You should contact the support,, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    You should contact Fizz customer service to better understand what is happening, however the issue could be on the phone side...

    Thanks for the replies..looks like my issue is solved after I updated the phone settings...SMSC was not configured with the new Fizz number..Not sure why new number was not configured I did all the updates as per FIZZ instructions.

    This is actually Videotron's SMSC (not a Fizz new one). I had issues with sending SMS in the past on a Samsung phone and found that adding Videotron's SMSC was the fix. I opened several tickets to fix the problem with Fizz SMSC but they just added Videotron's number to the FAQ instead of finding and fixing the actual problem 🤷🏼‍♂️.

    Hi, maybe you should try theses:
    - restart your iPhone
    - reset your iPhone after doing a save
    - try another phone to see if it has the same problem.
