Bill amount
I received an email offering me an internet service at $30 instead of $35. But the amount charged into my credit card was $40, what means that didn’t recognized de $30’s promotion

Hello ZaydaUgarte,
Thank you for reaching out. I would kindly suggest you reach out to our customer service with a screenshot of the email you received, as from our end, it appears that you were subscribed to a $35 plus tax plan.
Have a good one!

Hi @ZaydaUgarte
You need to check your service agreement, since the price is confirmed at the time you subscribe.
How to find your Services agreement:
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- If you have multiple plans on your account, you will see them all here.
- Click on Manage plan for the plan you wish to view.
- In the Manage interface, scroll to the bottom and select Services agreements.
- All your Services agreements will be listed here by date. The most recent Services agreement document is the one that applies to your current plan.
You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Have you been charged $40 before taxes, instead of $30? If that's the case, you are better off contacting customer support here https://fizz.ca/en/support

Can you check that email again?
At the moment, Fizz offers 3 internet options, 30, 200 and 400 Mps. The 30 Mps price is $35 (with taxes, something like $40.25) and that price has been the same for quite a while now.
