Whats with the lte towers in Barrhaven, Ottawa?

The service in Barrhaven is terrible! My phone shows 3 to 4 bars of lte and lte+ service, but the speed is no more than 4mbps down and .6mbps up. The latency is between 1.5 seconds and 2 seconds!
Phone calls on the sending side are always choppy and cut off, if they connect at all. Hearing phone calls seems to be mostly ok though.
It's not just my phone either. My wife's phone is an iPhone 12 purchased from fizz with the same problems.
Whats going on?

    the service is in beta test probably they are testing some partnership or is a temporary problem.

    Can I suggest to contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    I've been to Ottawa a few times and every time, the network there is atrocious! I fall into Fizz Ext!

    Sorry for you to have this kind of problem fluently! For my part, in Quebec, the cellular and data network works very well! I think it really depends on which sector you live in

    But Fizz is expanding right now, things may be improving
