I've got a few like that, it's most likely just a user that used your code, but did not complete the installation or second month payment, which would have unlocked your referral bonus.

Same happened here, my 25$ referal bonus was blocked after 4 months with fizz. I contacted the support team and they unlocked it. It took about 24 hrs for it to be available after contacting support team. I hope this helps
