I can't call out, only receive calls

Do you have unlimited calls in your plan?
Are you try to call a number in your plan subscription?
Did you try to reboot the phone?
You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

If you have unlimited calls, it could be due to the coverage... if coverage is only for QC you cannot call Canada-wide...

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I see on your Fizz account it looks like you have a Quebec coverage and as you have a beta plan I am assuming you activated your plan with the wrong coverage.
To remedy the issue, please change your plan in My plans - Manage - Change my plan and select the option to modify your coverage to a Canada coverage.
The change will take effect at the start of the next payment cycle : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan
It might be necesary to also activate the roaming option once the new cycle starts with the updated plan but if there are still issues afterwards . reach our customer service on Live chat for further assistance.
