If You need very right now, you can go to Jean-Coutu and couche tard to get one SIM card right away!
Just contact customer support to make sure you can return the SIM card you will receive by mail and make sure you will receive a refund
But usually Fizz is very understanding

If not and if the delivery of your SIM card is flagged as delivered but you haven’t received it,
1 Log into your account and go to My profile .
2 Click on Order history / See details.
3 Click on the shipping number to go to the carrier’s website.
4 Check on the website of the courier service that the delivery address is correct: if it’s incorrect or incomplete, contact the carrier service directly so they can correct the address and make a new delivery attempt.
You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page

I would buy one in a physical place such as a vending machine or a Couche Tard, and contact customer service to let them know that you didn't receive the one by email and ask for refund.

@Purple0129 Check if there's an tracking number in your Order History...Sometimes there isn't.
If you cannot get it conveniently at a physical location, contact customer service to refund you the previous one and re-order a new one.0
