Internet down every 10 minutes

Hello,

since last night my internet is down, come and go every 10 minutes, does anyone have the same issue? I've tried to unplug and plug, no improvements.

can anyone help to take a look please?

    Maybe there are some ongoing maintenance works in your area. Try to contact customer service to be sure.

    Did something specific happened last night? It could be maintenance but if you want to be sure you can contact customer support and ask them.

    Sometimes disabling IPv6 or setting up a DHCP reservation for your computer helps with this kind of problem.

    It's seems your modem have problem syncing with the DocSis network. A fizz employee can provision your modem or send commands to it. This will make sure it will work.

    You need to contact Fizz, only a Fizz rep can resolve the problem.

    Try to reset the modem! Look back a small little button! Push it for 5 seconds with pencil, unplug for 1 minutes
