Payments method isnt working at all
Hi guys,
You allready have my credit card number, it is valid and you use to bill every month
my payments. Now I am receiving text and e-mails that my account will be closed
unless I pay before tomorrow.
I went to your web page and I tried to pay on line and doesn't work
What can I do my creidt card is valid.
Do you have a contact ( phone #) to speak to you guys.?

Fizz doesn't have any phone number, only the chat
Have you already seen this guide? You can also stay on the guide, click on the green bubble in the bottom right of the page to chat with the support, they will guide you.

You are better off contacting customer support by chat to see what's going on. Unfortunately Fizz doesn't provide support by phone call
