Inaccurate Data usage

Hello, at the beginning of each day, I have a huge mobile data usage… but I just woke up.

Look at this. 12.88GB of todays usage… but my phone is connected on WiFi and it’s 7:44am.

I contacted support, they created a ticket but I got no response in 1 week.

Did any of you experience something like this?

And it is not cumulative data also.

    This happens in the past too to other user, it is a display issue

    For sure, they are working and testing the solution to fix this issue, at the moment I will check only the usage from my phone, since this kind of error doesn't impact your data

    Never happened to me, I suggest that you wait for support’s answer and see…

    Weird problem, you might want to check in your cellohone settings the apps you used that day.
