Inaccurate Data usage
Hello, at the beginning of each day, I have a huge mobile data usage… but I just woke up.
Look at this. 12.88GB of todays usage… but my phone is connected on WiFi and it’s 7:44am.
I contacted support, they created a ticket but I got no response in 1 week.
Did any of you experience something like this?
And it is not cumulative data also.

This happens in the past too to other user, it is a display issue
For sure, they are working and testing the solution to fix this issue, at the moment I will check only the usage from my phone, since this kind of error doesn't impact your data

Weird problem, you might want to check in your cellohone settings the apps you used that day.0
