Cellular data network missing in settings

I still cannot receive any text messages. In the Fizz Mobile settings there is no cellular data network listed but there is for my other cell phone provider. Do the rest of you have that listed in your Fizz Mobile settings? In iPhone go to Settings - Cellular - Fizz.

    I can see that a ticket was opened on your account, and the technical team suggested a SIM swap. I would kindly suggest reaching back to us in private once you have a new SIM card so we can proceed with the SIM swap together.

    If there you don't see your number in the Fizz SIM it seems that Fizz must send you the information to the phone
