Did you already try to reboot the phone?
Also putting the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds can help
Are you in Fizz or Fizz Ext, try to enable the data roaming if you are using Fizz Ext
Is your new billing cycle was staring today? If this is the case check if the payment was done correctly
Try to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support, stay on the guide, click on the green bubble that you find in the bottom right of the page in order to chat with the support

Here steps for you:
1.Have u tried to reboot your cellphone
2 Eject the sim tray then reinsert the sim
3 Its could be an outage.
