Why can I no longer place any phone calls?

Hello,

I have an unlimited Canada-wide plan and have had no issues with it previously. However, this morning I woke up and I can no longer place phone calls. It always said that my plan doesn't allow for this phone call. Can you please help?

    Hi @KodMy

    Did you already try to reboot the phone?

    Also putting the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds can help

    Are you in Fizz or Fizz Ext, try to enable the data roaming if you are using Fizz Ext

    Is your new billing cycle was staring today? If this is the case check if the payment was done correctly


    Try to contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support, stay on the guide, click on the green bubble that you find in the bottom right of the page in order to chat with the support

    Hi.

    Here steps for you:

    1.Have u tried to reboot your cellphone

    2 Eject the sim tray then reinsert the sim

    3 Its could be an outage.
