Pending Upgrade Removal
Hello, I have had an upgrade removal pending for about 6 months now. Every time I check on it the date that I can change it just gets pushed back. I don't know when I am supposed to be able to change it, but it is quite annoying because I am missing out on one slot for the upgrade.

You should contact the support, since the upgrade must be removed on the next binning period
Try to contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, go and the bottom of the page on the right you will find a green bubble click on it in order to chat with the support
Or open a ticket
From your account Settings -> Contact form explaining your problem, add some screenshot this can help
