Unable to purchase sim card

I have tried several times to purchase the sim card. It takes me to a bank verification page and asks for an sms or voice call code options and none come through. The bank says they can do nothing, that I have to do the purchase with Fizz over the phone and that option is not available. Also, there are no stores in my area where I may purchase the sim card from. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    Where do you leave? If you leave in quebec https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card, you double check

    Or you can try to use a different credit card

    It is very strange that you cannot receive a call from your institution

    Hi Elena, I live in Mississauga, Ontario. Unfortunately, I do not have any other cards. I contacted my bank and they said that the card was fine and I should contact Fizz.

    The kind of authentication is asked from your institution, since you don't have the phone with Fizz yet, the problem is coming from your actual provider (if I understood correctly your question)

    You can always contact the Fizz's support, if you want, https://fizz.ca/en/support, go on the bottom right of the page and click on the green bubble to chat with the support

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that the system has allowed you to add the payment method.
    In order to make your purchase, I kindly advise you try to order your SIM card using a private page on your browser.
    There is nothing in the logs that suggests that there is an error with the payment on your end.

    Try again to order your sim card using a private browser or after you clear cache and cookies on your browser.
    To order your sim card, you can log in> Overview> Mobile and follow the steps from there.
    If you encounter any error still, please reach out to our customer service team using the steps provided by A17 and we will help you there.
