Sadly do not care for customer
Because of a system issue billing my an entire months usage in one day I no longer have data and your customer support is not willing to do anything to help except say wait, you clearly do not care about the customer or their experience

Sorry to read that, I don't understand the relation with billing and the data.

I just verified your account and the ticket is still in progress, so we have no way of knowing if there was a consumption issue, or there was a spike in your phone's data usage (for example providing a hotspot, backing up files, uploading/downloading large files, etc.).
We can assure you that we are doing our best to help you in this situation and can discuss more in private if you contact us. What we do know at this point is that the issue is not related to billing.
