this is the link https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy, if you are more than 108h from the next billing cycle, and from the kind of error that you received, I believe that it is the case contact the support

When your plan is du? You cannot modify the plan 108h before the new billing cycle

Thank you for reaching out. Since the 4th of February is in the past, it cannot be the fact that you are in the last 108 hours left in your payment cycle, therefore, you should contact us in private, as elena code xzi4t suggested. You can use the FAQ she mentioned to reach out to us in private.
