I can't make or receive calls. What do I do?

I've reached out to support about it and I've tried all proffered solutions but to no avail.

Thank you for reaching out. I just verified the exchange between you and Fizz, and I noticed that a ticket was open, and the last update we received suggested removing the call forwarding feature, to see if the calls can be received.
There was no general issue that was so we should keep discussing in private to see if there is anything else we could do. We can reopen the post later on if you would like to leave a message once the situation was solved, however, until then, we need you to keep in touch with customer service.

- Make sure you have minutes
- Restart your phone
- Does the recipient block calls?
- Is it a long distance call?
- Are you in Fizz Ext? If this is the case you need to enable data roaming

- What message do you receive?
