Try to wait 2 hours and try again, if doesn't work contact the support, go https://fizz.ca/en/support in the bottom right corner you will find a green bubble click on it to chat with the support

The card is preassigned for 2 hours, so it will not be accessible during this time.
Try again now, it should work!

As the other users already suggested to you, try waiting for a while... if it doesn't work it's better to contact customer service so they can look into it
