You should start by sharing more information about what the actual issue is. Then, we could try to help you even though for activation our options are quite limited. Probably you are better off contacting customer support

I can see that you have reached out to us in private and the situation was resolved there.
The user wanted a SIM card change, not a brand new activation.
SIM card changes can be made only by customer service for security reasons.
