here we are user, and for us it is very difficult to answer, these can be some situation:
Your line is inactive ( you need to have an active mobile line)
The transfer authorization failed.
The number is not recognized.
Wrong IMEI or account number.
Your current provider is blocking the transfer.
There’s a technical difficulty.
Your number is not eligible for transfer (only active mobile numbers from the subscription area can be transfert)

Is not to you to do that. It's automatic when you subscribe with Fizz, you keep your old phone number
