Data disappeared from my account + can't receive gifted data

Hi community,
All my data was used up on a single day when I was home! My phone indicates that I only used a few mb, yet online it says I used up all my data.
Furthermore, people have been gifting me data, but none of it is being added to my account! My profile is on the lowest privacy setting/any strangers can gift and view my account.
Has anyone ever dealt with issues like this with Fizz? Customer service has not been helpful and I do not want to wait another week (or longer) for my ticket to be solved. I am probably going to file a complaint with the CCTS on the next business day.
