Can't look up address

I asked this a few days ago, and for some reason it was closed before it was answered correctly. I'm still having the issue. Here it is again:

I wanted to check Fizz Home Internet availability at an address. However when I click "Internet Plans" on the fizz.ca homepage it just bumps me to the "Stay Tuned" Not available page. I don't even get to enter an address.

Anyone know what's up? Is it possible Fizz is no longer offering Home Internet?

    A mon avis, la meilleur solution serait dans parler directement a leur equipe d'aide au client. C'est simple et rapide

    Tried that…was just a bot chat. I think this is the first step for customer support
