Internet down?

The status page says everthing works : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

But my modem can't connect. I gave 1 light blue light and 1 dark blue light. I tried rebooting it multiple time

Anyone else, I'm in Quebec city

    The page is working, however, is updated only for big issue

    To see if there is. a problem in you sector, only the support can answer to that question

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your modem`s signals and it looks like the modem is online and there appears to be no outage in the area.

    Please check if you have a connection via ethernet cable and if you do, then it means that the WiFi function could have turned off.

    To remedy the issue, you can try to access the modem interface.


    1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.

      2. Log in using the following information:

      Username: cusadmin
      Password: xxxxxxxx

      Once there, go to Basic Settings - Wireless and check if the WiFi option is turned ON for both 2,4 and 5 Ghz bands.

      If they are, then I suggest that you factory reset the modem by pressing the small button above the Ethernet ports with something sharp for about 15 seconds.

      The modem will factory reset and then you will have to redo the initial settings as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
