I posted a question about configuring APN a couple of days ago. The post needed approval so didn't show up on the first day. The second day I got two replies but as I tried to explain more only to realize the discussion had been closed. Could someone explain to me why it was closed before I even had a chance to respond?

    Hi @Alice_1997

When the @Whizz believes that the answer has been provided correctly, they close the discussion. However, sometimes they act too quickly.

    Unfortunately it happens quite often.

    Hello @Alice_1997,

    Thank you for your question.

Your last post was closed NinjaMarky, one of the forum users, provided you with an answer that could help you with the APN configuration. Moreover, one of my colleagues, Eugen who is one of the Fizz community moderators, answered on that thread with all the details you would need to configure your APN settings.

Once one of us answers on a thread like the one you opened, we will also close the thread as all the necessary details were provided to the user who opened the thread.

I hope you have a pleasant day!
