Can you try to use the browser in private mode or the delete the cache.
If you can try a different browser to see if you have the same problem, since it can be an addon in chrome
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Same thing for me on my laptops (Windows 10 & 11 - Edge) and my iPhone 13 (Safari)...
It doesn't do it every time though.

I faced the same situation as you got, and I used chrome browser too. Sometimes, it's super slow, even stuck there, need to refresh many times.

Try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl - F5) several times in a row.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please try clearing your cache and cookies from the browser that you are using or better yet, try as other users stated to open the website under a new browser via Incognito mode to check if the issue persists.
We verified the website on our side and there was a small maintenance yesterday but other than that we have no other reports of wrong functioning.
