When will Fizz finally solve the download Invoice problem
When you download your invoice (in pdf format), this is how it looks:
All lineheights are wrong etc.
Nothing to do with browser, it is the same on all devices and browsers.

We would kindly suggest you contact our customer service if the issue persists, let them know what browsers and devices you used, and if you also tried incognito mode on your browsers. If the invoice keeps on being downloaded with the wrong proportions, we can hand this to our technical team to make sure there is no issue on their end. Hi Alexane,
I just downloaded my invoice and it displays and prints without any problems. Like in Jess` screenshot. I am using a PC with Windows 10 and the Chrome Browser. Same for my Android phone with Chrome browser.

Could you tell us which operating system you tried it on and with which browser?
Personally, I haven't experienced any issues.
